The angle of the legs is far too exaggerated. Very short useful life, I'm afraid, unless as end tables.
cool stools have you ever seen furniture made by Wharton Esheric? he made a career out of making simple minimalist furniture like this. http://restlesstransplant.blogspot.com/2008/12/wharton-esherick.html
This looks a bit like the furniture made by an obscure Yugoslavian wood company called "NEVCO" I am most interested in. Does anyone have any of their furniture or products to show? http://dulltooldimbulb.blogspot.com/
I agree with Tom, the legs are splayed a bit too far. This design has been around for a thousand years in the west (e.g. http://www.angelfire.com/wy/svenskildbiter/Viking/viktable.html). I wonder if there are similar artifacts of eastern origin?
